Back in March, The Game suckered punched an opposing player during a Pro Am basketball game.
It was Game's misfortune that A) the rather weak punch was caught on video and B) the guy he punched was an off duty cop.
The chickens came home to roost on that one earlier this week, and Game was charged with a felony count of making criminal threats. The 35-year old is actually not being charged for the punch -- which would have likely been a misdemeanor -- but for allegedly saying "I'm going to kill you" afterward.
Game contends that the off-duty copy threatened him by pointing out he had a gun in his gym bag.
Expect Game to turn himself in soon.
