Diddy was denied bail for a fourth time yesterday.
Before the decision was made, prosecutors brought up that video of his children wishing him a happy birthday earlier this month, saying he used them for a "social media campaign."
They also brought up Diddy using other inmates' phone access cards at Metropolitan Detention Center and contacting potential witnesses.
That video of Diddy beating Cassie is another reason bond was denied, despite his legal team accusing prosecutors of editing the footage.
"The Court finds that the government has shown by clear and convincing evidence that no condition or combination of conditions will reasonably assure the safety of the community," wrote Judge Arun Subramanian in a five page document. "Prosecutors presented "compelling evidence of Combs’ propensity for violence."
Diddy, who's charged with sex trafficking by force, fraud or coercion, racketeering conspiracy, and transportation to engage in prostitution, will remain in Brooklyn's MDC until his May 2025 trial.
