The Seventh Tre3way Just Pleaded Guilty; Tekashi 6ix9ine Closer to Going Free

by HHL JT

Fuguan Lovick just became the seventh of Tekashi 6ix9ine's 11 co-defendants to plead guilty, copping to "violent crime in aid of racketeering" and "firearms offenses."

He will be sentenced August 19th and is facing between seven and ten years.

Lovick was involved in the scuffle between 6ix9ine's and Casanova's crews before an Adrian Broner fight at the Barclays Center in 2018. The government said Lovick was a shooter, but he claimed it was all in self-defense.

"In April 21, 2018, I went to Barclays," he said in court. "We were supposed to walk a boxer into the ring. Unfortunately, before we got there, we were attacked by 70 people. I pulled out a firearm and shot it up in the air to get them to back up... I wanted to get them to back up because they were attacking us."

6ix9ine's legal team believes if all 11 of Tekashi's co-defendants plead guilty the judge will allow 6ix9ine -- who provided the state with evidence -- to go free with time served. He had been facing up to 47 years before he flipped.
