The Model Who Just Sued Diddy Says She Kept The Clothing From Alleged Sexual Assault

by Daryl Nelson

Crystal McKinney is currently suing Diddy for sexual assault, saying that he forced her to give him oral sex after meeting him at a Men's Fashion Week event in New York City in 2003 and plying her with weed, as well as alcohol.

She's seeking unspecified damages.

Legal reporter Meghan Cuniff has since given new details of the suit, stating that McKinney still has evidence from the alleged assault.

Here's the new federal lawsuit against Sean “Diddy” Combs, filed in the Southern District of New York.

“Due to the traumatic events to occur later, Plaintiff saved the unwashed clothing from that night in her closet where they remain in a plastic wrap.”https://t.co/GEC3wZM2LM

"Due to the traumatic events to occur later, Plaintiff saved the unwashed clothing from that night in her closet where they remain in a plastic wrap," wrote Cuniff, who's the same reporter who documented the Tory Lanez, Megan Thee Stallion case.

Cuniff also shared new details of the suit, which was filed in the Southern District of New York.

"In the bathroom, Combs forced himself on Plaintiff and began kissing her without her consent," the suit reads. "Combs then shoved her head down to his crotch before commanding her to 'suck it.'" [He] pushed her head down onto his phallus and forced her to perform oral sex on him."

Do you think McKinney's suit will be successful?
