Davion Murphy is now in police custody.
He's the fifth and final suspect in the murder of Foolio, who was gunned down in Tampa, Florida last year, two days after his 26th birthday.
Murphy — who's been a fugitive for six months — was found by the U.S. Marshals in a Jacksonville apartment complex on Monday. He was then brought to the Duval County Pre-Trial Detention Center.
There's a photo of him smiling while handcuffed. Plus, according to a photo, police broke down a door to arrest him.
The other suspects who've already been caught are Alicia Andrews, Rashad Murphy, Sean Gathright, and Isaiah Chance. All of them are charged with first-degree murder. The shooting is said to be gang related.
"I’m thankful for the capture of 5 suspects that had involvement with the murder of my son Charles Jones II," said Foolio's mother, Sandrikas Mays, in a statement. "I never once did not believe that those responsible wouldn’t be caught. I’m forever grateful."
