The Game was supposed to be in Chicago next week for a pre-trial hearing in the $10 million sexual assault lawsuit She Got Game contestant Priscilla Rainey filed against him.

However, he asked the judge to delay the hearing, citing the 70 Chicagoans shot over the Memorial Day weekend, and his fear of being caught in the crossfire of revenge shootings.

The judge actually agreed, and the hearing has been delayed indefinitely.

The Game has had issues with Chicago rapper Lil Durk ever since he dissed Durk the his 2014 track 'ChiRaq To L.A.'

But Game's latest legal request seems to be more based on an opportunistic general fear of the Windy City than any specific threat.
