Pooh Shiesty seemed like he caught a break when the Miami strip club security guard he shot in the ankle early this month during a dispute over lost cash changed his story and said Pooh didn't shot him the ankle.
Although the guard had given a detailed description of the shooting to the police at the hospital, he is now claiming he was too doped up on painkillers to know what he was talking about.
It turns out that this is not the break Pooh's team thought it was.
Not only is the judge continuing to deny him bail, but the Feds are now looking to get involved and possibly hit him with witness tampering charges.
Pooh was facing aggregated battery charges in the strip club incident.
He was already facing armed robbery with a firearm, aggravated battery with a deadly weapon doing great bodily harm, aggravated assault with a firearm, and theft in an earlier Florida case.
