Teka$hi 69 escaped Los Angeles unscathed after a dust-up over whether he needed to check in with the local goons and if he could come at all. [Update: not quite, he got touched at the airport on the way out.]
But the brash New Yorker faces a new test when he plays Bar 23 in San Antonio tomorrow night.
Tango Orejon gang members used a menacing web video to declare 69 is not welcome in their town.

"If you come to Bar 23 this week, you’re getting fucked up ... penitentiary rules are in effect," the gang said to 69.
Gang member Adam Rodriguez told San Antonio tv station KSAT 12 that the gang takes issue with 69's sex crime conviction against a minor and that he's profiting off of San Antonians and possibly negatively influencing local youth.
The Texas Department of Public Safety has listed Tango Orejon as the most dangerous gang in San Antonio and the most active prison gang in all of Texas.
"Their rapid evolution, high level of criminal activity, propensity for violence, and relationships with Mexican cartels positions Tangos as the most significant gang threat to Texas," the report said.
Bar 23 has upped security for the show in light of the threats.
