Terry Rozier Under Federal Investigation For Gambling & Celina Powell May Be Involved

Miami Heat guard Terry Rozier is currently under investigation by federal prosecutors over claims that he manipulated his performances as part of an illegal gambling scheme. 

It's part of the same investigation that ensnared then-Raptors forward Jontay Porter, who was permanently banned from the NBA and is facing 20 years for wire fraud.

 The inquiry into Rozier specifically looks into an incident during a game on March 23, 2023, when Rozier was with the Charlotte Hornets.

While the Feds are on Rozier's tail, this statement from the NBA suggests he may be OK.

“The league conducted an investigation and did not find a violation of NBA rules," the league said in a statement.
