The Blast talked to an official for the Bureau of Prisons, who explained how things are done in the facility 6ix9ine is housed.
An official for the Bureau of Prisons tells The Blast there are strict rules to physical touching between visitors and inmates, and “In most cases, handshakes, hugs, and kisses (in good taste) are allowed at the beginning and end of a visit.” The BOP also makes it clear, there are NO conjugal visits.
Jade is wearing a sweatsuit because female guests aren't allowed to wear any type of skin revealing clothing.
The official added that the guards must have decided that 6ix9ine's pose with Jade was OK.
