Tekashi 6ix9ine just keeps finding himself in more trouble.
Yesterday, we reported that Tekashi was hit with a bench warrant out of Houston for not showing up to his hearing.
The warrant stems back to his mall assault case from earlier this year.
The case was already a little tricky. The 16-year old victim Santiago Albarran recently told the court he no longer wants Tekashi prosecuted.
Obviously, making the hearing was impossible for Tekashi, as he's locked up in the Feds fighting six RICO and gun charges.
Speaking to Billboard, Tekashi's attorney Carl Moore had this to say regarding the Houston case.
We plan to get the case dismissed and we have filed an affidavit to non-prosecution that the complaining witness executed...he does not wish to pursue the prosecution of Danny [Tekashi].
Hernandez is in federal custody dealing with a racketeering case that is a lot more serious than what he's dealing with in Paris County.
It looks like Tekashi's legal team are confident they can get this case dropped.
A hearing is currently scheduled for after the Christmas holiday break.
