Tekashi 6ix9ine is being forced to testify against Aljermiah "Nuke" Mack and Anthony "Harv" Ellison, who are both accused of the "inside job" kidnapping and robbery of 6ix9ine last July.
The trial was supposed to start this week but has been pushed back to next.
In a letter dated today, Attorney Geoffrey Berman explains how the government plans to tie Tekashi 6ix9ine to the Tre3way gang.
"The government expects CW-2 [6ix9ine] to testify that one of his roles in Nine Trey was to make money for the gang and distribute that money among Nine Trey members," reads the letter.
Among the evidence the Feds have against Mack and Ellison are text messages Ellison sent before the kidnapping inquiring about Tekashi's whereabouts. They also say they have texts in which Ellison tries to sell the jewelry they allegedly stole from 6ix9ine.
Mack and Ellison are the only Nine Treys who didn't plead guilty in the racketeering case against the Brooklyn Bloods.
They plan on arguing that they are innocent because the kidnapping and robbery was a publicity stunt to juice 6ix9ine's album sales.
