Tekashi 6ix9ine Settles 'GOOBA' Lawsuit

by HHL JT

Tekashi 6ix9ine is having money problems.

According to his manager Wack 100, he doesn't have enough to pay for gas.  (Which has gotten quite expensive.)

They just got a little to a lot worse.

Texas-based production group Beatdemons had sued 6ix9ine because they say his track 'GOOBA' rips off their track 'Regular'

'GOOBA' was 6ix9ine's first post-prison single and has been viewed almost 800 million times on YouTube, although the authenticity of those spins has long been in question.

This week, 6ix9ine settled with Beatdemons.

“The settlement in principle is conditioned on and subject to the parties entering into a written settlement agreement approved and signed by the parties,” the settlement read. “The parties anticipate that the written settlement agreement will be finalized within the next forty-five (45) days and that a stipulation of dismissal of the entire case, with a waiver of fees and costs, will be filed shortly thereafter.”

Financial terms were not disclosed.  Check out the two tracks and let us know what you think 6ix9ine should pay.
