Tekashi 6ix9ine is currently being sued for trying to assassinate Snow Billy, for being responsible for a gunfight that injured a woman's foot, for not clearing the feature a Danish rapper paid him 100K for, for reneging on his deal with Fashion Nova, and for skipping out on a concert and then slandering the promoters.
That's tens of millions of dollars in lawsuits, and now he's being hit with another one that nobody could see coming.
Yony Sosa, who's blind, has filed a federal class-action suit against 6ix9ine because he wasn't able to access Tekashi's merch website.
According to Sosa, the merch site had "multiple access barriers" like broken and empty links with no text, redundant links, and no alt-text for the images, all of which wreak havoc with the screen readers blind people use.
Sosa believes 6ix9ine has violated the American with Disabilities Act (ADA) and is seeking an injection to shut the site down until it can be accessed by the eight million Americans with vision impairment.
Is this for real or has rap's ultimate troll run into a blind troll?
