Tekashi 6ix9ine has been locked up for almost a year.
He's spent just about all of that time in a federal unit for snitches.
The facility houses only inmates who are working with the government. It's a dormitory-style set up with exercise equipment and TVs in the common rooms and a food cart that comes around all day.
6ix9ine is set to leave his fairly cushy home next week when he testifies against Nine Treys Aljermiah "Nuke" Mack and Anthony "Harv" Ellison, who are both accused of the "inside job" kidnapping and robbery of 6ix9ine last summer.
During his testimony, he is expected to list all of the crimes the Tre3ways were involved with and will help prosecutors decipher all the nicknames the Blood set used for each other in text messages and other communications.
He was facing 47 years. But the word is his cooperation may get him out in early 2020.
