Yesterday, Tekashi 6ix9ine's lawyers had to admit in court that 6ix9ine new track "Gine" is a Lil Durk diss and not a reference to a past incident in which 6ix9ine held a camera as his former Nine Trey bros committed a crime.

In "Gine", 6ix9ine raps about shooting and robbing people.

"They say this and that all that sh*t is cap pull up on them real rough like where the energy at?  I shot you I robbed you and y'all ain't do nothing back" 6ix9ine spits aggressively.

Those bars piqued the interest of Seketha Wonzer and Kevin Dozier, who are currently suing 6ix9ine for robbing them.

In 2018, Tekashi 6ix9ine's Nine Trey crew entered a New York City apartment lobby and relieved  Wonzer and Dozier of their shoes, master recordings, hard drives, jewelry, a camera, and cash.  6ix9ine stood watch and recorded the gunpoint robbery on camera.

The NYC Bloods were under the impression Wonzer and Dozier were affiliated with J. Prince and Rap-A-Lot, who 6ix9ine was beefing with at the time.  However, they had absolutely nothing to do with the Houston crew.

Earlier this week, the lawyers for Wonzer and Dozier argued in court that 6ix9ine dropped "Gine" to further terrorize their clients.  That's when 6ix9ine's lawyers insisted it was a Lil Durk diss.  (Which does seem to be the case.)

Wonzer and Dozier are seeking a $1 million settlement for assault, battery, and emotional distress.  6ix9ine has already claimed in a sworn deposition that he is broke in an attempt to avoid paying the pair.
