It won't be long before Tekashi 6ix9ine can get jiggy with his girlfriend Jade.
Ever since 6ix9ine got a two-year sentence in December (after about a year served) his lawyer Lance Lazzaro has been predicting that 6ix9ine would be out this summer.
Turns out he's correct. According to the Bureau of Prisons Inmate Locator, Daniel Hernandez will be released on Aug. 2, 2020. Lazzaro has now confirmed that date.
Tekashi 6ix9ine had been facing 47 years on racketeering and weapons charges. However, he flipped the day the Feds picked him up and ended up testifying against two members of the Nine Trey Bloods, the set 6ix9ine called home during his trolltastic run as a rapper.
There was an expectation that 6ix9ine would be released with time served when he went in for sentencing in December. However, the judge ruled that despite his thorough cooperation his crimes were too great to allow him to walk out of court.
When 6ix9ine is released in August he is expected to eschew witness protection and resume his music career.
