The rumor has long been that Tekashi 6ix9ine is getting out in early 2020 in exchange for becoming a government witness.
He had been facing 47 years and the rest of the Nine Treys have been taking pleas in the 5-to-15-year range.
Last week, 6ix9ine was the best government witness he could be, happily spilling any and every bean during the trial of Aljermiah "Nuke" Mack and Anthony "Harv" Ellison.
During his testimony, he also confirmed that he should be coming home after his next court hearing, which should be early next year.

A: it has the good bad and the ugly about me. The Judge gets it, and can go under the mandatory minimum. Like, time served.

6ix9ine then has to decide whether or not to he's going to enter witness protection. If he doesn't, choosing to resume his music career, there's at least one producer excited to work with him.
