Tay-K is facing capital murder charges in two separate cases.
The first one -- which happened before he went on the lam and recorded "The Race" -- was a home invasion that left 21-year old Ethan Walker dead. Tay-K didn't fire the shot that killed Walker but was charged with murder for being part of the group.
22-year-old Ariana Bharrat was also part of the group, and she just flipped. In exchange for pleading guilty to aggravated robbery and testifying against Sean Robinson, Jalen Bell, and Taymor McIntyre [Tay-K], Bharrat will get a 25-year prison sentence.
Earlier this year, the other female originally charged with the group, Megan Holt, flipped and got a 20-year deal.
When the 18-year old is done with the Ethan Walker trial he gets to do the same thing in the murder/robbery of photographer Mark Anthony Saldivar. Only this time prosecutors say Tay-K was the one who pulled the trigger.
Suffice to say it's not looking good for Tay-K.
