Tay-K has been found guilty of the murder of photographer Mark Anthony Saldivar.
But it's not all bad news for The Race rapper.
He was acquitted of capital murder charges, meaning he won't be eligible for the death penalty.
Instead, Tay-K -- who is already serving 55 years for an unrelated murder -- will get between five and 99 years.
Prosecutors accused Tay-K of gunning Saldivar down in a Chick-fil-A parking lot after robbing him of his camera.
The now 24-year-old was on the run for his previous murder when he killed Saldivar in 2017
