Why was Troy Ave granted bail and not Taxstone?
That's what the podcaster's lawyer Ken Montgomery asked a judge in a letter which wondered why Troy is still able to walk the streets, despite being charged with a more serious crime
In addition, Montgomery said Tax isn't a flight risk, because he has a steady job and regular income.
"After several mistakes in his life, Mr. Campbell (Taxstone) has made efforts to change his life around and seek redemption through his occupation as a podcaster and music and entertainment insider," read the letter.Meanwhile, The Game's manager Wack 100 had something to say about Taxstone. If you recall, the two of them were beefing before Tax got locked up.
From here, we'll have to see if the judge agrees with Montgomery and lets his client out.
