Taxstone's Lawyer Says Troy Ave Is The Real Bad Guy

Why was Troy Ave granted bail and not Taxstone?

That's what the podcaster's lawyer Ken Montgomery asked a judge in a letter which wondered why Troy is still able to walk the streets, despite being charged with a more serious crime

In addition, Montgomery said Tax isn't a flight risk, because he has a steady job and regular income.

"After several mistakes in his life, Mr. Campbell (Taxstone) has made efforts to change his life around and seek redemption through his occupation as a podcaster and music and entertainment insider," read the letter.

From here, we'll have to see if the judge agrees with Montgomery and lets his client out.
