Taxstone has pleaded guilty to two federal gun charges stemming from the May 2016 Irving Plaza shootout, which left Troy Ave's bodyguard Ronald McPhatter dead.
The Hip Hop media personality had been charged with possessing a firearm as a felon and receiving a firearm in interstate commerce.
Each charge carries with it up to ten years in prison, so we won't be hearing Taxstone's podcast for a while.
The Manhattan District Attorney's Office has also charged Troy Ave with attempted murder for his alleged involvement in the shooting. His case is still pending.
