Taxstone was charged with second-degree murder today for the fatal shooting of Troy Ave's bodyguard Ronald McPhatter during a gunfight at a T.I. concert at New York City's Irving Plaza last year.

The Hip Hop podcaster pled not guilty during an afternoon hearing.

Last month, Taxstone pled guilty to two federal gun charges stemming from the shootout, with each charge carrying a sentence of up to ten years.
