Tekashi 6ix9ine and YouTuber SteveWillDoIt used to be besties.

6ix9ine even bought Steve a car a few years back.

That all went soar about a year ago, and they've been beefing ever since.

Steve took things up a notch this week when he brought 6ix9ine's estranged family to Universal Studios ... while dressed as a Mexican.

"I took 6ix9ine family to a universal private tour! I really wanted to be the dad for the day so I went Mexican," Steve typed.

6ix9ine is half-Mexican and half-Puerto Rican.
