Jason Whitlock called out Stephen A. Smith for exaggerating in Smith's autobiography Straight Shooter: A Memoir of Second Chances and First Takes, branding him "Stephen A. Myth".
Whitock's been sniping at his fellow sports talker for years, and Smith finally had enough.
After obtaining permission from his pastor, Smith went on a 40-minute rant against Whitlock.

"I mean it from my soul when I say this is the worst human being I've ever known," Smith said of Whitlock. "I don't know of another human being worse than Jason Whitlock. He's a piece of sh*t. He's the one of who's going to have a funeral with no pallbearers. He's the absolute worst. And he lies. And he incriminates. And he tries to set people up to fail to big up himself because he can't do it on his own. He had a television show, and he failed," Smith said. "He's a sorry fat piece of sh*t. That's who he is; I want to make sure everyone knows it ... I hate this bastard... He is Cain. He is the devil."
Smith hit Whitlock specifically for behind-the-scenes backstabbing and appeasing white supremacists. He also revealed it's in his contract that he never has to work with Whitlock.
Smith concluded by saying he would never speak about Whitlock again.
