Surprise: Soulja Boy Gets Out Of Prison Early

Soulja Boy has been released from jail after not quite three months. 

He was released at about 2 AM PST last night, 146 days early.

Soulja was originally sentenced to 240 days for a probation violation.

The L.A. Sheriff's Department says he's getting out early because of a combination of things, including good behavior, time served and overcrowding.  

It looks like the comeback of the year is still up for grabs now that Big Draco is back on the streets.
