Soulja Boy Is Facing Serious Time For His Draco

Soulja Boy was arrested in December for probation violations, and was then mysteriously released without being charged.

This lead to speculation that SB snitched, or that all of the guns he'd been waving on social media were fake.

It turns out the authorities were just buying time and collecting more evidence against him.

Today, the Los Angeles District Attorney charged SB with felony possession of an assault weapon and being a felon in possession of a firearm. He was also charged with with receiving stolen property, a misdemeanor.

The felony possession charges are for his notorious Mini Draco AR-15, which is completely illegal in California. He faces up to four years in jail.

It looks like his fight with Chris Brown is also in jeopardy, because we doubt the DA is going to let him fly to Dubai with those charges pending.
