It's all part of a crazy few weeks for the Big Draco, who might be on drugs or might be developing into a comic genius. (Or, perhaps, both.)
And it all got a little crazier when Soulja found out that Meek Mill had mockingly posted a clip of Soulja mocking Tyga.
