Snoop Dogg has been criticizing the entire streaming system and expressed more frustration in a new interview.
First, at the 2023 Milken Institute Global Conference in May of this year, he complained about artists not getting paid what they deserve off streams.

"I don’t know who the f*ck is running the streaming industry if you in here or not?" he said back then. "But you need to give us some information on how the f*ck to track this money down, because one plus one ain’t adding up to two."
Then in a new interview on the Business Untitled podcast, Snoop revealed how much money he made off 1 billion streams.

"They just sent me some sh*t from Spotify where I got a billion streams," he recalled. "My publisher hit me. I said, 'Break that down. How much money is that?' That sh*t wasn’t even $45,000."
