After a period of homelessness, he's back, and this time he's the aggressor. 

Sort of.

Skinny and his crew run up on YouTuber SteveWillDoit in a Las Vegas casino.

Their altercation appeared to be about being humble.

Afterward, they took the disagreement into DMs, where they argued about who was more palatable to Spanish-speaking people.
