Sheriff Deputy Whose Wife R. Kelly Sullied With Sex Wants To Depose Kelly Under Oath

R. Kelly isn't just out there piping down underaged girls.

According to a lawsuit filed last year by sheriff's deputy Kenny Bryant, Kelly ruined his marriage by having sex with his wife, Asia Childress.

"Bryant tried every avenue to hold his marriage together, but his efforts could not prevail against R. Kelly's continued sexual overtures to Childress," the lawsuit states. “Each time R. Kelly would have a concert in a nearby state, Childress would disappear to unite with her lover. Time after time, R. Kelly cuckolded Bryant, with blatant disregard for Bryant’s and Childress’ vows.”

Bryant concedes he knew Childress and Kelly had had a thing before he married her but believed she would be able to respect her vows.  He's suing Kelly, who he also accuses of giving his wife chlamydia, for "emotional, psychological and financial loss" because of his role in helping her break them.

Kelly has denied having post-martial sex with Childress but does acknowledge that he "knows" her. 

According to The Blast, Bryant intends to get to the bottom of the situation by deposing Kelly under oath.  The deposition will be held at his lawyer’s office in Mississippi and will be “continuing day to day until completed.”
