Earlier this year, Eric Holder was found guilty of first-degree murder in the death of Nipsey Hussle.
He's facing life in prison.
Holder was supposed to be sentenced on February 22.
However, that has been delayed after Holder's legal team asked the judge to have the first-degree murder conviction reduced to second-degree murder or voluntary manslaughter.
They also asked for a new trial.
The judge denied both bids. However, the new proceedings pushed back sentencing to an undetermined later date.
