Last month, Sean Kingston and his mother were found guilty of wire fraud in federal court.
They face up to 20 years when they are sentenced on July 11.
Kingston was supposed to be out on bail as he awaits sentencing.
However, something has gone wrong with his 100K bond, and now he is back in custody.

Sadly for Sean, this means he may not be out of jail for many years.
