Sean Kingston was released from a Broward County jail on Tuesday, June 4, after posting a $100,000 bond.
The singer was recently extradited from California after he and his mother were accused of defrauding several companies out of hundreds of thousands of dollars.
Unsurprisingly, Sean was hit with a barrage of fraud questions from reporters once leaving the jail.
He remained quiet, but broke his silence on Instagram.
"It’s great to be home!" wrote Sean. "A special thanks to God, my family, my friends and my legal team ... And I cannot forget about my amazing fans, thank you for all your love and support! I love you guys!"
Plus, The "Beautiful Girls" singer was seen greeting Safaree Samuels in his underwear, of all things, after the rapper and TV personality came to his Florida mansion to pay him a visit.
Do you think Sean will make it out unscathed from all this, or is he going to prison?
