Quavo Doesn't Know! Saweetie Talks Being a Stripper and Knowing a 'Couple of Tricks'

Last year Jermaine Dupri said that the female rappers out at that time were like strippers rapping, something he was blasted for.

Dupri was referring to women like Cardi B, who's always been open about her stripping past.

 In a recent interview with The Shade Room, Saweetie revealed that she used to be a stripper and still knows a couple of moves. She made the reveal after it was assumed that she never stripped and was merely a college student at the University of Southern California where she graduated.

"I think people have a misconception of strippers, and the reason why I say that is 'cause I used to work at the strip club myself," said Saweetie, according to HotNewHipHop. "You know I got a couple of tricks ... You gotta pay me for that."

It's interesting Saweetie has disclosed this, as her boyfriend Quavo recently held her out as an example of a lady rapper that didn't strip.

“I think [Saweetie]’s bringing something very special to the game. She speaks for the pretty college girls that are taking the regular route. You don’t have to be a stripper, you don’t have to be a bartender, you don’t have to take the Instagram model route," Quavo said. "I feel like she’s speaking for those nice, teenage girls who listen to their parents and go to school.”

I guess she fooled him.
