Is the era of lean and xans on its last legs?
Old heads like Master P and RZA have been criticizing it for a while. And now newer faces are also starting to say it's time to just say no.

Last week Ty Dolla $ign declared lean "dead".
Yesterday, outspoken up-and-comer Russ sent out this targetted anti-drug message.

Twitter had a pretty good idea on the "fucking loser" who the There’s Really A Wolf rapper was targeting:
I feel like this shirt is bout lil pump lol

Russ wouldn't confirm he was coming for Pump or anyone else. But he did get preachy in his explanation of the tweet.
If I stopped ONE kid from abusing xans or lean, mission accomplished..better than getting ONE kid to try that shit. Period.

Doing xanax and lean cuz your favorite rapper makes it sound cool is all fun and games till your impressionable ass gets addicted. Stop.
— Russ (@russdiemon) September 11, 2017
Y'all angry ass junkies can also get out my mentions. I know you don't like your life when you're on or off that shit.

If I gotta be the bad guy for saying what mad people think but are 2 scared 2 say then so be it. At least I'm promoting living & not dying.

A lotta rappers have romanticized & glorified drug abuse. That shits not cool. Peoples lives get ruined from that shit. Grow up.

Should all the young trappers heed Russ's words?
