On J. Cole's “Heaven’s EP" song, he seems to say that Drake and Kendrick Lamar are better rappers than he is.
These days, it's said that Cole, K Dot, Drake, and Nicki Minaj are on rap's Mount Rushmore, but Royce Da 5'9" feels Cole is on top.
The Detroit rhymer gave that opinion after hearing Dreamville's D-Day: A Gangsta Grillz Mixtape with DJ Drama, which came out on Friday, April 1.
"Ready to talk about EarthGang now?" asked Royce on Instagram. "Matter of fact the WHOLE Dreamville. They ready for the apocalypse out this bitch. Cole as an executive separates him from that 3 headed monster convo y'all been having for the last 10 yrs... Put some respek on my brother's name."
Is Royce right by saying that Cole surpasses Drake and Kendrick because of how he runs Dreamville?
