Race is currently the main topic of discussion in the U.S. and other parts of the world. And rightfully so based on George Floyd dying after a cop knelt on his neck for almost nine minutes.
So it only makes sense that Royce Da 5'9" would talk about how he dealt with racism during his come-up in Michigan.
The former Slaughterhouse member spoke with HipHopDX about it. He then talked about Eminem and said Em changed his view about white people. [Jump to 3:42 mark].
"Em is like … Marshall was like my guy, that I got in my life," said Royce. "He didn’t seal the deal, but he played a huge role in me not generalizing white people."
With all of the different races protesting as one, do you think it will bring the races closer together when everything is over?
