You probably don't know the name De’Von 'Day Day' Pickett, but he was an important part of the Hip Hop community.
He's also dead, after being stabbed to death last night outside of a Philadelphia night spot.
Pickett was the road manager for Nicki Minaj, and he has filled similar posts for Pusha T and Fabolous.
According to police, Eric Parker, another member of Minaj's crew, got into argument at West Oak Lane’s Che Bar & Grill. The argument spilled outside at about 2 AM and an unknown man stabbed both Pickett and Parker, who's said to be in critical condition.
“We believe that both of the victims, as well as the perpetrator, were all inside of this bar and that’s when an argument started,” said Philadelphia PD Chief Inspector Scott Small.
