Is this because she pilfered it from someone else?
Houston rapper Just Brittany alleged such thievery earlier this week in a couple Tweets she has since deleted.

On the other hand, "Bitch better have my money" is a somewhat common phrase, and if you take the lyric out of the equation you probably wouldn't notice the similarities.
