Riff Raff is facing a $12 million civil lawsuit from a Nevada adult entertainer who says Riff stole her money and then forced her and her friend to have sex with him and his frequent collaborator DollaBillGates.

The incident happened in 2014 when "Jane Doe" and Sara attended a Riff Raff show at the Bunny Ranch Bar & Cigar in Mound House, Nevada after they had stripped at a bachelor party. They met Riff and Gates after the show for what was to be a double date.

But things allegedly went sideways after the four of them got a room at the Bunny Ranch and started doing cocaine.

Pitchfork reports:

Jane Doe claimed that RiFF RAFF then took a bag full of the cash that the women had earned earlier that night and started to stack it. According to the complaint, he allegedly told Jane Doe and Sara, “If you want this money back, you are both going to fuck me,” and, “If you don’t, you’re not going to like what’s going to happen and you are not getting your precious money back.”

In the same interview with Detective Dues, Jane Doe described an intimidating environment in which RiFF RAFF told the women how much money they could make (for him and themselves) by working for him. Jane Doe also told the detective that DollaBillGates was physically blocking the door to the room, preventing them from leaving as RiFF RAFF was talking to them.

According to the complaint, Jane Doe said that the women agreed to have sex with RiFF RAFF to get their money back. She alleged that both women performed oral sex on RiFF RAFF and had vaginal intercourse with him. Jane Doe also claimed that RiFF RAFF forced her to perform oral sex on DollaBillGates, saying, “Bitch, do you want your money or not?” and, “then do what you’re fucking told.” She said that after both rappers finished, they gave them their money back.

Sara's account of the evening's events differs greatly from Jane Doe's. According to court documents. Sara said she was not “fearful,” nor did she “feel forced” with Riff Raff, and said that Jane Doe was “just trying to make up stories.”

While Jane Doe did go to the cops right after the incident, the police decided not to charge Riff Raff or Gates, citing the discrepancies between Jane Doe and Sara's stories and discrepancies within Doe's story.

"The reported assault cannot be proven due to the lack of physical evidence, forensic evidence, and direct evidence including the contradictory eye witness testimony of Sara. The above problematic issues couple with [Jane Doe’s] unbelievable and ever-changing accounts preclude this investigation from continuing further," wrote the investigating officer in his report.

Riff Raff has maintained his innocence.

The civil case will go to trial on May 28, 2019. Doe wants the $12 million for medical expenses, lost wages, physical, emotional, and psychological trauma, legal costs, and more.

In an Instagram video posted earlier this week, Riff Raff railed against an "escorting agency" and a "fake ass lawyer" who were shaking him down for a million dollars. While we have no confirmed connection between that video and the lawsuit, it seems like they related.

The 36-year old has been accused of other sexual assaults in the past although he has never been criminally charged.
