There's still a lot of talk about Ja Morant, who flashed a gun twice on social media and has now been suspended for 25 games for his second flash.
Kendrick Perkins spoke about the star point guard on ESPN's First Take on Thursday, July 15, and wants him to join the Miami Heat. Mainly, because of the team's president, Pat Riley.

“When I look at the culture and I look at what he could do for that organization and what the organization could do for him, I look at Ja and that change of scenery," Perkins opined. "I think Miami is the best fit for him ... There’s nothing that goes on in that city of Miami without [Riley] knowing anything about it. I think Miami is the best fit for him. … I think it’s time for him to get out of Memphis.”
Ross eventually caught wind of Perkins' words and offered to help Morant if the Heat trade was ever made.
“I can mentor #jamorant in Miami,” wrote the rapper on Instagram Stories.
What do you think about Perkins' idea?
