Mysterious COVID-related supply chain issues have caused a worldwide poultry shortage.

The Wingstop boss is dealing with the shortage by expanding the offerings at his 28 franchises to include thighs.

It's not just Ross, it's part of a company-wide initiative to add the online-only Thighstop to Wingstop's offering.

We imagine the Bawse suggested opening the menu up to pears, but corporate nixed that.
