Rick Ross Sued For Rape

A woman suing Rick Ross for rape admits that the Maybach Bawse never touched her.

So how does that work?

"Jane Doe" says she met Ross and his crew at the W hotel in L.A. over Grammy weekend. She hitched then a ride with them in their van to the Cannabis Cup weed convention.

During the trip she believes her drink was spiked, and the woman says she woke up two hours later in the vehicle with DJ Thaddeus "Black" James. James then took her to his hotel room, where she passed out again. After she woke up naked, a self-examination showed that she had been sexually assaulted.

She is suing both James and Ross. James for the actual assault, and Ross because it was his van and he should have been supervising James.

In 2013, Ross had to apologize for his verse on the Rocko track 'U.O.E.N.O,' which seemingly promoted drugging women and taking advantage of them.

"Put molly all in her champagne/she ain’t even know it/I took her home and I enjoyed that/she ain’t even know it," Ross rapped.
