In June of 2015, Rick Ross was arrested on charges of assault, battery and kidnapping for an incident that took place at his Atlanta-area home, and involved him allegedly pistol whipping his groundskeeper.
A grand jury has now indicted the Bawse for kidnapping, aggravated battery, aggravated assault, and possession of a firearm while committing a crime.
However, Ross's lawyer Steve Sadow believes he will beat the case. He claims that gardener Jonathan Zamudio was having a cocaine party in a guest house on Ross's estate, and that Ross's violence toward Zamudio was a self-defense reaction to that.
Sadow believes that since Zamudio was committing felonies on Ross' property it gives Ross the right to beat him up.
We guess that will be for a jury to decide.
