Rick Ross Disappointed In Timbaland For Releasing Tink's Version Of 'Movin' Bass'

For the much hyped release of Hood Billionaire yesterday, Rick Ross did a Google Hangout/digital in-store with MTV's Sway. One of the big singles off of the album was the Jay-Z collaboration 'Movin' Bass,' which we heard prior to release. Soon after, the track's producer Timbaland leaked what he called the song's "original version," featuring his 19-year old protege Tink. This created a lot of buzz for Tink, since her versus were strong. However, it didn't endear Timbaland to Ross.

"Timbaland released his version that I was real disappointed in hearing," he told Sway. "Me and Jay created the original version. That's one of the records we vibed up when we had a couple sessions. Of course, Timbaland produced it, and I went by the studio before and he played be the version and I was like, 'I see what you did, but chill on that. We doin' our thing on that.' I was disappointed in homie on that."
The entire Google Hangout session is below (he discusses the Timbo issue 31 minutes in). HDD is also projecting that Hood Billionaire is going to move 60-65K in its first week. A major step down from the 174K his previous album Mastermind moved in its first seven days.
