Rich The Kid Just Bought an Extraordinarily Expensive Chain

Given his history of being robbed, Rich The Kid is probably the last person who should buy a $425,000 chain and then alert the blogs about its existence.

According to TMZ, Rich commissioned jeweler Eliantte to create the one-of-a-kind piece featuring 250 carats of all VS diamonds and a Cuban link chain.

It's in part to celebrate his upcoming album The World is Yours 2, which drops tonight.

Rich was hospitalized last summer after a violent home invasion. He was robbed again last month at a recording studio, but this time only his bodyguard was injured.

Hopefully, when the robbers come for his new chain he'll just hand it over peacefully and no one will get hurt.
