Cortlen Henry, aka YNW Bortlen, was arrested and charged alongside YNW Melly for the murder of their crewmates YNW Sakchaser and YNW Juvy earlier this year.
So far, Melly has been denied bail and will likely face the death penalty.
There is now an internet report stating that YNW Bortlen could get bail when he sees a judge today.
Both Melly and Bortlen have pleaded not guilty.
It's unclear why Bortlen would get bail but not Melly. Whatever the reason, it's probably not a good development for Melly.
