According to Rolling Stone, if Tory Lanez had to do it over, he would have testified in the Megan Thee Stallion trial in which he was convicted of shooting her in the feet.

Rolling Stone's source added that Tory wanted to take the stand but was told not to by his attorney George Mgdesyan, which he now feels was the wrong move.

Tory's new lawyer David Kenner wouldn't deny or confirm if mistakes were made during the trial. But Kenner did confirm that Jose Baez has joined Tory's legal team.

Baez, for the record, is the lawyer who defended Casey Anthony, the Florida woman accused of killing her child in 2008.

“I welcome the addition of Jose Baez to the defense team,” said Kenner, who was Snoop Dogg's lawyer in the rapper's 1996 murder trial. “It is our collective view that, based upon a motion for a new trial, and if necessary an appeal, we will ultimately be successful in freeing Tory Lanez.”

How do you think the appeal will go for Tory if it happens?
